After a two-year hiatus, LWVRV members and friends will gathered in-person to celebrate Constitution Day on September 15th. 2022
Two years ago, many of you sent checks and RSVPs for what we planned to be a celebration of LWV’s 100th birthday. Unfortunately, COVID mandates forced us to cancel the event. While we hoped we would be gathering long before now, LWVRV’s Board felt the safety and well-being of its members was a top priority and we have continued to meet via ZOOM for two years (unbelievable!).
Our event was a grand success, Betsy Massy was the featured speaker. Her discussion of the current US Constitution issues being tested in the Summer of 2022. was enlightening.
